Corporate summer party Stockholm

A Stockholm summer party with the priorities in the right order.

Rooftop, waterfront, garden or indoor backup: we build the summer event around your team, your budget and the realities of Stockholm weather.

One plan for the complete experience.

A successful company summer party needs more than a good venue. Guest flow, food service, drinks, sound, lighting, weather planning and transport all affect the experience. OFFSITE creates one coordinated plan so internal teams do not have to manage each supplier separately.

The parts that need to work together.

01

Venue and weather plan

We assess capacity, access, atmosphere and a realistic indoor or covered alternative.

02

Food and drinks

Catering, welcome drinks and packages are matched to the event schedule and audience.

03

Music and production

DJ, sound, lighting and entertainment can be added where they strengthen the evening.

04

Guest journey

Arrival, check-in, service points, speeches and departure are considered as one flow.

From frame to delivery.

  1. 01

    Set the date range

Share your preferred weeks, guest count and budget so venue availability can guide the concept.

  2. 02

    Choose the atmosphere

Relaxed rooftop, garden gathering, waterfront evening or a more produced celebration.

  3. 03

    Balance the budget

Secure venue, food and operations first, then select entertainment and visual upgrades.

  4. 04

    Coordinate the day

Suppliers, staff and production follow one timetable and responsibility plan.

Useful to know before we begin.

When should we start planning?

For larger summer events, earlier planning gives better venue choice. We can still assess shorter lead times based on availability.

What happens if it rains?

Outdoor-led concepts should include a confirmed indoor, covered or weather-adjusted plan before contracts are finalized.

Can you arrange a DJ or live act?

Yes. Entertainment is selected after the event foundation is clear so it fits both the audience and budget.

A focused first conversation

Start with three things: budget, guests and event type.
